REmember the Sloe Gin?
Well I almost didn't! I was searching at the back of the cupboard and guess what? There it was as good as gold. I have strained and bottled it and it looks a picture! Hic it tastes good as well! This is also my first attempt at Picasa so comments welcome for this novice.

Mmmmmm, I like the look of that - looks like vimto and that's no bad thing :)
Actually, speaking of such things, I was reading about Temperance Bars t'other day when I came across the factoid that if you leave sloe gin until the following Xmas, it tastes better. I also found a recipe for nettle beer :)
